Products are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days as long as the product is still in its original, new condition.

We support local business for our embroidery. Due to this products will not be identical and there may be slight imperfections.
COLLECT IN CLASS:
Once an item is purchased, we will bring it to the next class you attend within 1 week (if applicable). This excludes made to order items which will take up to two weeks.
